The Comics Scene store in Vancouver, British Columbia is the place to be on September 5, when Darcy Van Poelgeest attends to meet and greet readers and sign the newest edition of DC’s Doom Patrol. Mike Feehan offers origin of Captain Newfoundland
In a recent podcast interview, Mike Feehan revealed his latest film project about the mysterious comic book hero Captain Newfoundland. Mike spoke about combining his comic book skills with his new co-directing duties to bring the story to life.

Scott Chantler finally reveals his secret project
In an Instagram post, Scott Chantler wrote that his long-awaited secret project is Flash Gordon: Two Worlds. He noted that the new offering will be published in two volumes with the first available on November 10, 2026 from Mad Cave Studios and King Features. Donald Calabrese announces Coady book launch
In an Instagram post, Donald Calabrese revealed that he plans a talk and reading from his debut graphic novel Coady at Eltuek Arts Centre in Sydney, Nova Scotia. The event for the Conundrum Press published book is slated for September 10 starting at 6:30 pm.

Sarajean Chung discusses ongoing webcomic series
During a podcast interview, Sarajean Chung mentioned that more stories are in the works for her ongoing webcomic Sunshine Through The Willow Tree. In addition, Sarajean provided insight into her plans for exhibiting with Wacom and Clip Studio Paint while at FAN EXPO Canada.
