‘Paperheads’ creator exhibits at MCX 2018

Jonathan is an illustrator known for his ‘Space Pirate’ character and collaborations with the Urban Ninja Squadron. Most recently, he contributed to Toronto Comics Anthology Osgoode As Gold.

During our chat, Jonathan talked about his current projects along with his comic book influences. He event hinted about a future project slated for sometime in 2019.

Saskatoon Phoenix reported that Bridge City Comics and Collectibles in Saskatoon, Saskatechewan, is the only place in Canada comic book fans can get the limited edition variant cover for Archie #700. The limited edition cover with artwork by Eisner award winning creator Art Baltazar is featured on the only 12 copies available in Canada – thanks to the partnership with Chicago-based charity Comics Books for Kids – a charity that provides hospitals with comic books for paediatric patients to enjoy. While in Toronto for a speaking engagement at the Toronto Reference Library last evening, Aminder Dhaliwal was interviewed by Rabble.ca in advance of her talk. The graphic novelist talked about imagining a world without men in her book Woman World. You can read more on Rabble.ca
