VanCAF2020 — In Conversation With Jeni Chen

In celebration of the comic book creators who were planning to exhibit at the Vancouver Comic Arts Festival 2020, here’s my chat with Jeni Chen. The podcast is available on Apple Podcasts and Google Podcasts.

 Jeni graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Science degree with experience in a variety of fields from scientific research to business to real estate. Now Jeni has come full circle and obtained her Fine Art certificate from Emily Carr University of Art + Design. Jeni’s wide range of work experience has served as inspirations for her art. Currently, Jeni is writing and illustrating a picture book for children. Jeni also draws an online comic series about family life including how the grandparents spoil the only grandchild and the funny things her elementary school-aged son says or does.
