Yes I almost exclusively read sappy old manga series, what of it?”

  • The Nib
“Something a little different to stay informed. These guys are doing the lords work of comics.”

I can’t read them but the pictures are real nice”

  •  How To Be Happy by Eleanor Davis
“Or pretty much anything by Eleanor Davis, beautiful sad and funny books”

  • Are You My Mother? by Alison Bechdel
    “Now I’m ugly crying”

  • Head Lopper by Andrew McLean
“Oh god I need something to distract me from the black hole that is my soul. Just the right amount of vikings and head lopping”

  •  Check Please by Ngozi Ukazu
    “Cute gay boys playing hockey!”
  • What’s Up Beanie by Alina Tysoe
“I’m getting into webcomic territory now because I can’t think of that many books. Beanie’s comics are so cute and relatable, the perfect balm for the soul.”
