Winnipeg artists critical of AI use for creating art
The Winnipeg Free Press interviewed several creators about the impact AI is having on their livelihoods. Creators such as Sam Beiko, Alex Plante, Nyco Rudolph and Sam Posnick are quoted as being highly critical of AI use and how it’s encouraging to see customers want human-made artwork.

In an Instagram post, Fell Hound announced that Commander Rao: Anniversary Edition will launch in the webstore in January 2026. The anniversary edition coincides with the 5th anniversary of the graphic novel and offers the original stories, a cover gallery, and a brand new 16-page titled ‘Old Ghosts’.

Jeff Lemire signs on for Superman/Spider-Man cross over comic book
CBR.com wrote about the upcoming Superman/Spider-Man #1 comic book, slated for stores March 25, 2026, that will team up the two iconic heroes for a fan-worthy event. The article reports that Jeff Lemire will team up with Rafa Sandoval for a story that features both Pa Kent and Peter Parker’s Uncle Ben with an ‘unexpected encounter’.
