Jed MacKay takes the reigns of Marvel’s biggest titles
PopVerse wrote that Jed MacKay is now the first write to take over the reigns of X-Men and the Avengers in addition to his writing chores on Doctor Strange and Moon Knight. And don’t forget his Marvel 2024 summer event called Blood Hunt. There’s no rest for Jed. Little Bird gets a prequel
AIPT reported that Little Bird from Darcy Van Poelgeest and artist Ian Bertram will be getting a prequel. Entitled Precious Metal, the six-issue series will launch on June 5 from Image Comics. Workshop by J. Torres helps children make a graphic novel
CTV News Northern Ontario wrote about J. Torres’ recent graphic novel creation workshop in the Greater Sudbury community of Hanmer. Children were instructed on the various part of the creation process including sharing story ideas plus chatting with J. Torres about his many comic book creations. New graphic novel by Troy Little funded instantly
GoNintendo.com reported that Cult of the Lamb:The First Verse graphic novel from Troy Little and Alex Paknadel has been fund instantly on Kickstarter. All four issues from Oni Press’ upcoming Cult of the Lamb comic book series, based on the video game, are to be offered in a deluxe 112-page collection. Sam Maggs writes The Wicked Trinity to life
Bloody Disgusting wrote that Sam Maggs will write at one-shot for Archie Comics entitled The Wicked Trinity. Red Harvest talk by Michael Cherkas
On his Instagram feed, Michael Cherkas said that he’ll be giving a talk on April 14 at Sts Cyril & Methodius Ukrainian Catholic Church on 14 Rolls Avenue in St Catharines, Ontario, about his current graphic novel Red Harvest.
