Sandy Carruthers showcases Canadiana in an undisclosed location
Sandy is a talented illustrator whose past projects include illustration of the Men in Black comic book series, Yu the Great and Sunjata by Lerner Publications, the Spookman comic book series by Charlton Arrow, logo design and other print projects. Sandy recently retired as a graphic design instructor at Holland College in PEI.
During our chat, Sandy talked about his comic book career including his work on Men in Black, Captain Canuck, and Canadiana. He chatted about his Blu Haus Studios illustration work along with his contributions to the ‘Behind The Panels’ exhibition featuring PEI comic book artists at the Eptek Art and Culture Centre. He also offered an update on the indie comic Wild Rose with Nicola R. White.
