Jed MacKay bids farewell to Avengers story
CBR.com wrote about Jed MacKay ending his run on Avengers. The article stated Jed will close out his writing duties for Marvel’s heroes with Avengers #36 planned for sale in March. Jed is quoted saying that he “got to work [with] some of the best artists working today on some of the biggest characters Marvel has, and I’ll always remember my time with Earth’s Mightiest Heroes fondly!”

Canadians make The Comics Journal best comics of 2025 list
The Comics Journal writers posted a list of their best comics of 2025 and Canadian creators were in the mix. Notables include:

– Michael DeForge for Holy Lacrimony

Bailie answers questions about illustrating Scarlet Witch and expressive animals, what readers can expect from the series and what it’s like to work with Preeti.

Zac Thompson recommends Into the Unbeing library edition
AIPTComics.com reported about the Into the Unbeing Library Edition HC planned for sale on September 15, 2026 including comments from writer Zac Thompson. Zac stated: “This is a big and sprawling eco-horror adventure and the Library Edition will be the best way to lose yourself in this completely alien world.”
