Jenn graduated from the University of Guelph with one goal: to create the kind of comics and games store she would want to shop in, and Guelph was the city in which she wanted to do it. Thus began her dedication to providing a safe, welcoming space for all customers, especially families. Now, 26 years later, The Dragon has received numerous awards, including the coveted Will Eisner Spirit of Retailing Award, recognizing this dedication to retail excellence and community.
