Based in Ontario, Sam Agro began his career in 1983 after completing an animation course at Sheridan College, working as a storyboard artist in the animation industry producing hundreds of storyboards for shows like Ewoks and Droids, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, The New Adventures of Jonny Quest, The Care Bears, and The Ripping Friends. He’s also provided storyboards for Universal Soldier II and III along with the Saw III to VI movies. Sam has written for TVO’s Polka Dot Shorts, the animated segments of Elliot Moose is on the Loose and many, many scripts for DC’s Looney Tunes and Cartoon Network Block Party comics. He also creates storyboards for the very popular ‘Paw Patrol’. Sam’s latest illustration project is a contribution to the Cauldron: Forbidden Appetites anthology.

Cauldron: Forbidden Appetites is a deluxe high quality archival hardcover anthology that’s described as ‘arthouse meets grindhouse’.

Published by RAID Press as an homage to the Creepy and Eerie magazines of the past, this anthology collects the edgy contemporary supernatural tales found in Cauldron Magazine into one complete offering for mature readers.
