TCAF is an annual event gathering comic book creators from around the world to promote broad and diverse voices towards the betterment of the medium of comics through panels, keynote exclusives and just basically enjoying the fun of comics.

Based in New York City, R. Sikoryak is a cartoonist and the author of Constitution Illustrated, Masterpiece Comics plus Terms and Conditions. His comics and illustrations have appeared in The Best American Comics, The New Yorker, The Nation, and more. He hosts the live comics performance series, Carousel.
