In celebration of the comic book creators who were planning to exhibit at the Vancouver Comic Arts Festival 2020, here’s my chat with Francine Delgado. The podcast is available on Apple Podcasts and Google Podcasts.
Francine is a Latina Costa Rican artist now residing in Vancouver, British Columbia. She has studied graphic design and fashion design, but claims to have always loved comics and animation. Francine contributed art for USNA Books 1, 2 and 3. Last year at New York Comic-Con, Francine exhibited her first co-creation The Comet Combustion that was published by Insight Comics. She’s currently working on issue #2 set for release later this year. Francine also publishes a weekly mini-comic series on Instagram: @thecometbook.
