SyFy Wire interviewed Chip Zdarsky about his contribution to the Marvel 2099 universe. As the writer on the new Doom 2099 one-shot, Chip commented: “I love writing Doom. I had the chance to tackle the Invincible Iron Man version in Marvel Two-In-One, so it was nice to come back to the character here. My favourite kind of comic book story has the hero stripped down, trying to work their way back up, so this is me doing it with a villain.”
