For this day two report of Comic-Con @Home, there were two notable panels to discuss and both feature writer Cecil Castellucci.
Cecil is the award winning and New York Times bestselling author of books and graphic novels for young adults including Shade The Changing Girl, Boy Proof, The Plain Janes, Soupy Leaves Home, The Year of the Beasts, Tin Star, and Odd Duck. In 2015 she co-authored Star Wars Moving Target: A Princess Leia Adventure. After concluding the Female Furies for DC Comics, Cecil now writes Batgirl with many more projects on the go.
The first panel, entitled ‘How to Build a Girl Squad’, saw Cecil chat with other creators as they discussed the challenges and joys of squad goals and building the modern girl gang.

The second panel was entitled ‘Batgirls!’ in which Cecil joined other Batgirl writers to discuss bringing different iconic versions of Batgirl to life in a celebration of what makes them different and what makes them Batgirl.
