The team at Toronto Comics Anthology announced that the Kickstarter for Osgoode As Gold was 114% funded at the assigned deadline. Congratulations to the entire team behind the project. Look for the new volume this May.

Mike Holmes the comic book creator from Nova Scotia announced that he’ll be joined Mad Magazine starting April 17 to join an illustrious group of side-splitting comedy creators.

Jeff Lemire announced the next addition to the Black Hammer universe called ‘The Quantum Age’ from Dark Horse Comics starting July 4. 

Meredith Finch was interviewed by CBC News for bringing ‘authentic female voices to comic books’ especially with her work on Wonder Woman. 

‘Fearless’ Fred Kennedy was interviewed by The Silhouette about his new book with First Nations artist Kyle Charles called Warpath from Black Mask Studios. 

Come Into Me by Lonnie Adler and Zac Thomson received some attention with a review in the latest issue of Rue Morgue written by Pedro Cabezuelo 

Margaret Atwood made the news with the announcement she’ll be joining Ken Steacy for ‘War Bears’ a three-issue miniseries from Dark Horse Comics with the first issue going on sale September 5.
